School Health Services

The Health Promotion Board (HPB) provides free health services, such as screening, immunisation and dental checks for students in school during school hours. Your consent is required for your child/ward to benefit from these health services. Please access HPB’s Child Consent Portal using the link https://childconsent.hpb.gov.sg/ship/process/SHIP/OnlineChildConsentPortal and log in with your SingPass to give your consent by end December 2021.
